I can't live without my radio

Just a quick note for the interested ... but I finally have my own radio show. I can't even recall how long I've been trying to make this happen, but it finally has. Each week I will be able to play two-and-a-half hours of my music. And, considering it's going to be on from 1 to 3:30 A.M. every Thursday night/Friday morning, I don't expect anybody here to hear any of it. That's okay. I've been assured that our listening audience averages around 1,000 during that time. I bet it's comprised of people headed home from the bar or insomniacs or graveyard shifters, but that's okay by me. I'm going to have to consider it my practice run until one of the primetime slots open. What does this mean for you? That I'll no longer beg for you to listen to me when I manage to make it on the air. Because I'll be there and now you'll know when. One last time, it's KRCL 90.9 FM, but you can also stream it live here. Thanks for all your support. This is going to be a whole lot of fun. And I doubt I'll get too tired. This is, after all, something I really love to do. Funny, they told me early on that I had one of those late night disc jockey voices. I guess I'm gonna have to believe them now. I start a week from tonight.

Very, very cool, my brotha. And since I don't work Fridays, I'm pretty sure I'll be one of the 1,000. Sweet!

Neat! And that's actually a pretty good way to describe your voice.
