My lil brother makes me laugh

And it somehow makes it even better that he's spouting off about coconuts.

While it is true that helium itself is nonthreatening, inhaling it has been known to cause asphyxia, resulting in injury, even death.

Dr. Steven Marcus, a toxicologist with New Jersey Poison Control, compared it with self-induced asphyxiation, or vasovagal action, in which someone forces loss of consciousness often by taking deep rapid breathes and then putting pressure on the throat to cut off blood flow to the brain.

I'm known for ruining all the fun.

So if Michael Hutchence had known about helium, he might still be with us today?

Little brothers in general crack me up. (Mine especially, but this is good too.)

And sadly, even with all that warning I will likely still helium up my voice every chance I get, just like I always have. I am unteachable.
