Hello. Is it me you're looking for?

This kinda blows my mind.

My favorite Lionel memory was in Brazil. I was in the rich, 'chique' part of town walking past a fine dining establishment when I hear...'That's why I'm easy, I'm easy like Sunday morning." Blasted on a big flat screen TV was Mr. Richie showin' off his sweet moves and all the rich, high society people were eating it up. Just loving the honey butter sound of Lionel Richie. Mmmm.

I used to be able to play Hello on the piano when I was 10.

I have an uncle who loved his music and if you were talking when it came on, he would say, "Hush fool, it's Lie-nell!" (drawn out and accentuated just like that)

Man, does everyone have a Lionel memory? Apparently so.

Also, did everyone click on the link with the people molding his face from memory? I wonder.

I clicked on the link, and it was pure joy.

My Lionel memory comes from watching a MTV-wannabe show locally broadcast in Columbus, Ohio, and thinking, even as I was 8 or 9, "Sheesh, that guy's head is big for his body."

That was pretty amazing. They all did 100 times better than I would've not blindfolded with him standing right in front of me.

I was driving on the 15 the other day and pulling up next to me was a big blue lifted truck, I look over and Behold! The whole back window was a picture of Lionel laying on his side with his name written above. It was beautiful, and my attempts to take a picture failed. It's my Yetti experience. Maybe you will be lucky enough to see it one day.
