Simple math.

10 miles today = 100 minutes.
Felt like? 3 hours.
Running shorts + tanktop + socks + shoes = not a dry spot on 'em.
Weight before beginning to run (March) = 208 lbs.
Weight after several weeks of running/training (today) = 188 lbs.
Thighs = jiggly, jiggly jelly.
Half marathon race = 13 days from today.
Next destination = pool.

This is the first time I've said this, but here it goes: I'll be really rather happy once it's all over.

P.S. Regarding that wee problem I previously mentioned, bag balm works wonders.

Bag it. Thanks D. I'm proud of you for sticking to your routine. The race will be fun and you will be so glad when it's over. Haha. Will you do an olympic lenght tri with me? I need a parnter this time.

I cannot think about other races at this point. It's kinda impossible. And you know what? I will not finish 8th. This makes you better'n me, Carrie darling.

I swear, bag balm will fix ANYTHING. The whole world could be saved between bag balm, duct tape, superglue, and those little green pills I get on the Chinatown black market. Don't ask what they're made of; I don't read Chinese.
