Sleepless in San Diego.

Because I'm JUST THAT HAPPY I got my camera back at long last, I thought I'd throw up s'more photos from the recent San Diego business/fishin' trip. You can go ahead and decide which portion of the trip this was. And I've covered alla this ground before, so there's not much more to say about it. Let the photos speak for themselves for once. I'm out of words.

Of course, they waited around to actually start catching sharks (three in all) once we had to take off for the airport. And, considering the camera had been left behind, they felt they needed to capture the event on my camera. Believe me, there's more where this came from. Talk about rubbing our noses in it. Anyway, at least we got to feed some sea lions right? (see video below) It's not quite the same thing, no, but it's something. There's always next time to consider.

oooh!
Seeing those sharks hanging by a thread with their mouths all open and helpless like that just makes me kind of sad.

I hope your friends made good use of what they caught and ate the meat, used the bones to pin their hair up, and made the skins into lesiure jackets. Otherwise, they are wasteful and cruel. Mean fishing trip. MEAN.

How bout they just let them go, right back from whence they came? Because they did, just like that. Ketch 'n release, baby.
