This is what soccer did to my little brother last week. After having a rod and some screws put in his leg, he's a boy on the mend all this week.

Poor kid. So, what exactly happened?

Dainon. said...

He wasn't kicked. He didn't even kick anyone. Something about planting his foot and turning on it (on an indoor soccer field, no less). It was a case of zigging when he should have been zagging, methinks.

Ouch!

That hurts!
My husband had broken his clavicle, too, while we were traveling in rural Cambodia. That plus two broken ribs resulted from a colliding with a drunk motorbike driver.
Thanks for stopping by. You speak Tagalog?

I don't think it's a good thing when you have 4 seperate bones in your leg instead of 2. I'm no doctor though.

(I knew it was broken. I was being annoying.)

He looks like he's in some pain in the hospital picture! Poor guy.

Dainon. said...

Not really. He was on a whole lot of morphine, though. He was actually feeling pretty good at that point.
