Today's regret = losing last night's highly eclectic Red Eye playlist to the mystery of cyberspace. Now nobody knows about the brilliant set that went from Led Zeppelin's "When The Levee Breaks" to Dread Zeppelin's "Nobody's Fault But Mine" to Bob Marley's 12" remix of "Jammin'" or the 12:51 A.M. moment that had The Commitments lighting up the late night/early morn with "Try A Little Tenderness" (the one that, yes, had me pumping my fist in the air and fully believing my accompanying scream sounded something like his own) or putting Tone Loc right next to Lyrics Born and meshing the old with the new really rather beautifully.

Well, now
you have a few peeks into what was, but still. Sigh.

UPDATE: Aha! Thank goodness for program directors who know more about this than I do. The radio gods have smiled on me. Last night's setlist went a little something like this
(yeah, tap that). It was as hilarious as it was just good muzak. At least, well, I thought so. I still do, even.

Yesterday was a long day and I am disappointed this sleepy head didn't make it till 10:30. I see I missed a good one too. Thanks for finding the play list though. I like to check it friday mornings to see if Prince is more or less played. I was totally thrown off this morning to see it missing. Getting back on track now.....
