Wordy Wednesday.

I sat next to this nephew a couple Sundays ago during dinnertime, where he basically balked at the food he had been given to eat, choosing mostly to gag on it or throw it on the carpet. In short order, it became obvious to me why he's as skinny as he is. I'd be surprised if he ate half of it before his mom gave up and sent him on his way.

Later on, when cake was being dished up, I caught him in the act of helping himself to his own dessert. I'm just wondering how much powdered sugar he got down before I showed up to catch him in the act. Guess it trumped turkey and gravy, eh?

What a classic picture brings back ancinet memoires of my brother with jam and me sifting flour while my mother napped. And just so I don't leave out my sister my mother phtographed us after we had emptied a bucket of yellow paint on each other. Is't toddler hood great!

Hilarious. I used to sneak out of my room and dig into the powdered sugar at night when I was a kid. Something about that smooth texture...

That's the best picture. Love it.

Whoa! This post summed up my kid perfectly. Picks at a few veggies and shoves the rest away saying, "All done!" But then he'll find the pantry and dump out random items... like powdered sugar. Those are some good times, I tell ya.

Your nephew is a handsome little fella. So cute.
