Random recognition.

When I was standing in line at the local Walgreens today, Perry Como's "Papa Loves Mambo" came on on the speaker above my head. If you've never heard the song, then you won't know how insanely catchy it is (actually, go click on the link and familiarize yourselves already). It's one of the very first songs that one my nieces ever danced to. And, when it came on in the store, the lady behind me in line ... who was seemingly very impatient about it moving forward just seconds before ... started to dance very openly as the song played. She was maybe my mom's age or older and wearing some kind of comfortable track suit .... and she absolutely did not seem to care who saw her getting down. Or maybe she cared that she was seen, but not what others may have thought about her doing so. She kept right on with it after I'd bought my handful of items and headed out the exit. Tonight? I'm just glad that that lady exists, whoever she is. I go to bed having learned from her example.

I hate you! I now have that song in my head, and I didn't even click to the link!

But thanks for the track suited lady image. Awesome.
