You don't come here much anymore, do you?

If you do, though, say so ... in the comments. It'll be a little experiment. I just wonder who happens by this spot and how often ... or if it's fast morphing into some kind of a ghost town. Don't be shy ... leave an anonymous post if you'd like ... I'd just like to know if you're out there, or if it's just me and the tumbleweeds. Humor me? I'd like that. Maybe we're becoming the sorts who don't comment on anything anymore, maybe that's it? I guess it just feels different to me than it once did.

As an aside, I know I am not focusing on this space as much as I once did and, for that, I do apologize a bit for that. Some projects have taken my mind and abilities (and maybe a couple other things) elsewhere for the past year or so. Still, I like to share music, poetry, quotes and some occasional insights. That's me.

Long time stealth reader, yep, I admitted it.

I follow along on Google Reader. Reader recommended you to me about 2 years ago, as if it somehow knew that I knew you way back in 2002.

I'm here! I've been following for a couple of years...and I'm bad at commenting on blogs. But I do enjoy what you share!

Even though we are strangers with common friends, I happen by your spot because you have a way of putting into words things that make my heart happy and mellow my stress.

I still stop by but I've also noticed that no one updates their blogs much anymore. I still do but with fewer comments and I always anxiously await my friends posts, but it's getting less frequent. I think Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and all the other easier medias deter people from blogspot. Oh well. I still read yours :)

Of course I still read. I love your writing. I've found that on my own blog, my readers now often make comments about it on FB (because I usually post a link) instead of on the blog itself. Lame.

i totally read - but usually do so on my hand held dealio and that thing isn't as easy to comment with. besides the google reader and fb (etc) i think hand held devices have taken away from blog commenting.

forest gospel directed me your way a few years back.

Well, that's cool! People still read this thing after all. Thanks for dropping in from time to time, eh?

I admit to have fallen off the blogging world. Life's picking up speed. But I hope to reconnect to that part of me sometime soon. I do peek in now and again.

I read your post from google reader in my phone. Sometimes it's a pain to comment on everything.

I agree with Carrie, blogs are becoming an endangered species, and it makes me sad. I updated a lot while at a previous employer (you might know of them) because I had the time. The job after that...well you didn't want to get caught doing anything personal on company time so I stopped. But now time is on my side, I am home all day long now, so I read more people's blogs and hope to update mine. feel free to stop on by mine too. Let's keep the blogs alive! Maybe we should move them into captivity in an effort to breed more. Ya...that metaphor really doesn't work. I tried though. I'm a little rusty at this writing thing.

Now and again I do in fact stop by. Not often enough, I admit. But always interesting reading and images and music.

i stop by from time to time from google reader, and have always enjoyed your posts. this makes me realize how neglected my own corner of the blogosphere has been - i'll find a way back somehow, sometime. i'll try to be better at commenting on blogs - sometimes we all need a little acknowledgment and encouragement.

Hi Dainon! It's been a LONG time. I don't think I have been on here for a 1 1/2 years. I usually read your blog on my rss feeds but been so busy with nursing school, have had little time to do much. :) Nice seeing your blog. Blog more. Your a great writer. How is life?
